Inclusion criteria: Child hospitalized with acute febrile illness Patient/ Parents willing to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Recent use of probiotics in preceding 2 weeks Any autoimmune illness, any chronic illness Patient on immunosuppressive treatment
