Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 60 to 80 years 2. Independent ambulation of at least 10 meters without assisted devices 3. TUG score greater than 12s 4. Consent to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed neurological disorders (such as Parkinson s disease, Alzheimer s disease, Stroke, Peripheral neuropathy) 2. Diagnosed Musculoskeletal conditions (such as Arthritis, Chronic pain of lower extremity, recent fractures) 3. Severe cognitive impairment( Montreal Cognitive Assessment score less than ten ) 4. Diagnosed hearing or vision impairment.
