Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with cervical spondylosis Age 25-50 years Both male and female Limitation of movement Positive test for spurling test Subjects with Chronic pain for the past 3 months Using NPRS scale in which the pain is rating below 3

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Rheumatoid condition Recent spine surgery or medical history Patients undergo corticosteroid injection Age below 25yrs and above 50yrs Subject with skin infection, any cardiopulmonary condition, or tumors
