Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients above 30 years of age. Males, Females and Trans gender. Clinically diagnosed Mild to Moderate COPD patients by the Physician, approved by Gold Guidelines 2024 FEV1 FEV 0.70, FEV1 Predicted MILD- more than or equal to 80 per cent,Moderate-50 to 80 per cent Willingness to sign the informed consent, Follow the protocol and participate in clinical Trial Voluntarily

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients below 30 years of age Patients with severe COPD, on ventilator, or with other underlying chest Disease(bronchiectasis, cystic fibrosis, asthma, interstitial lung disease, lung cancer, etc), a History of pulmonary bulla, or pneumonectomy or other lung surgery. Pneumonia within the past 6 weeks history. Pregnant & lactation Severe Anaemia Pulmonary Tuberculosis Malignancy Acute respiratory infections Heart disease that could limits the physical function. Severe rheumatoid arthritis. Mental illness. Uncontrolled Hypertension Uncontrolled Diabetes Mellitus History of taking regular corticosteroid or other immunosuppressive agents
