Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Individuals aged 18 or older who have suffered their initial stroke, either ischaemic or haemorrhagic not needing surgical intervention, in the past three months. MoCA score of 24 or higher. A capacity to comprehend, capable of executing the assessment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: A record of arrhythmia or heart failure. Conditions related to the musculoskeletal system or orthopedics impacting the trunk or spine including significant arthritis in weight-bearing joints like the hips or knees, recent fractures or surgical procedures, chronic lower back pain or spinal issues such as advanced scoliosis or herniated discs, severe muscle tightness, and structural abnormalities. visual, auditory, or sensory impairments. Contraindications for tDCS include the presence of implants, a history of seizures, psychiatric or neurological conditions, and the use of drugs that may alter cortical excitability. Cognitive impairments or deficits, stroke associated with pregnancy, and severe unmanaged hypertension or diabetes
