Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Patient present with symptoms of acute episode of recurrent tonsillitis and chronic tonsillitis (ICD11 - CAOF.Z) including sore throat swollen tonsils difficulty in swallowing fever chill tender lymph node redness 2 Patient having STPIS-VAS score between 5-100

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patient with peritonsillar abscess Tonsillolith Tonsillarcyst Rheumatic fever severe dehydration and difficulty in breathing 2 Patient with history of partial tonsillectomy
