Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing upper limb surgeries under supraclavicular brachial plexus block. Patients of age 18 to 60 years. ASA physical status 1 to 3.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patient refusal to participate or refusal of supraclavicular brachial plexus block. Known allergy or hypersensitivity to local anesthetic agents. Patients with diabetic neuropathy. Metabolic and coagulation disorders. Cognitive impairment. Patient in Chronic medication.
