Inclusion criteria: Hemoglobin level less than 12 g/dL Willingness to sign the informed consent statement
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Current use of nutritional supplements for anemia Anemia due to chronic disease (chronic kidney disease, cancer, etc.), blood loss, infectious diseases, inherited disorders Recent blood transfusion or intravenous iron therapy Patients under regular medication for any chronic illness, metabolic disorders, infectious diseases, inherited disorder, blood disorders Pregnant, or lactating women Any other systemic or psychological illness Local infection or dermatological conditions at auricular site
