Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Players with one or less than one year of badminton playing experience. 2. Players who are transitioning from casual play to competitive preparation through skill refinement and practice games. 3. The study focused on participants of both genders within the age group of 18-26 years. 4. Players who are willing to take part in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Players with any injuries sustained in the last three months. 2. Players with serious health issues such as diabetes, asthma, arthritis, etc. 3. Additionally, individuals with neurological conditions were also excluded to ensure that the study sample comprised individuals without such conditions.
