Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Either gender having age between 18 to 60 years. Apparently healthy individuals without signs /symptoms or acute/chronic illness. Willing to participate and abide to study protocol.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: If stool is watery, hard, very cold and mixed with mucous. Individuals taking dietary supplements or any medicine.
