Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients scheduled for elective lower abdominal and lower limb surgeries under spinal anesthesia, with a documented history of scorpion sting

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Known allergy to one of the drugs used. Coagulopathy or bleeding disorders Spinal deformity or contraindications to neuraxial block
