Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients more than 18 years of both sexes Patients undergoing elective femur surgeries under spinal anaesthesia Patients with American Society of Anesthesiologists class 1 or 2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Having a known allergy to local anaesthetics Unable to comprehend or use the Visual Analogue Scale With a bleeding disorder Having vertebral column deformities Are suspected of having lower limb compartment syndrome
