Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy adults aged 18-60 years 2. ASA I II 3. Requiring single maxillary posterior tooth extraction. 4. Willing to participate and sign informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergy to local/topical anesthetic agents 2. Acute infection/ulceration at palatal site 3. chronic pain/neuropathy 4. Recent analgesic or sedative use (24 h) 5. pregnant or lactating 6. Inability to complete VAS or follow-up.
