Intervention1: Tailored Yoga Practices: After obtaining informed consent and completing baseline examination, investigations and questionnaires, students will be randomly allocated to Yoga only group.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants between ages 18 to 25 years Participants who provide a written consent. Participants do not have any serious problems with physical and psychological health. Participants do not have any prior experience with Yoga and/or not engaged in intensive physical exercises such as gym activities for at least last 3 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants below 18 to above 25 years of age. Participants who do not provide a written consent. Participants with serious problems with physical and psychological health. Participants with prior experience with Yoga and/or intensive physical exercises such as gym activities for at least last 3 months.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To assess the changes in physical and psychological health parameters. To assess the changes in Lifestyle related parameters Timepoint: Baseline (Day 0) and Post-Intervention (after 3 months)

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To assess the changes in Flexibility and Hand Grip. To assess changes in Body Mass Index and Waist-Hip Ratio To assess general and organ health such as Heart and Lungs. To assess changes in blood cell counts (CBC) To assess changes in visual acuity. To assess changes in menstrual cycle and quality of sleep. To assess changes in reaction time, concentration, and memory. To assess state of psychological symptoms such as stress, anxiety and depression. Timepoint: 3 months
