Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ability to provide written informed consent Diagnosis of moderate to severe psoriasis by a dermatologist body surface area more then 5 Psoriasis of more then 1 year duration Psoriasis activity severity index PASI more then 7

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant and lactating Women Patient With known malignancy patient on immunosuppressant therapy

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Primary outcome of the study is reduction in psoriasis area severity score within six months of treatment with individualized homoeopathic medicineTimepoint: total 18 months in which 6 months case record and 12 months observation

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Change in biochemical values of serum calcium, serum uric acid and vitamin D Change in dermatology life quality index of patients before and after treatment To maintain and record the duration of remission after achieving at least 75% reduction in PASI SCORE To evaluate the effectiveness of homoeopathic medicine in inhibiting IL 17 and IL 23Timepoint: total 18 months in which 6 months case record and 12 months observation
