Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Postmenopausal women aged 45-59 years with atleast 1 year of amenorrhea. History of normal vaginal delivery with and without episiotomy, C section (classical or lower section or mixed with either one of them being C section) Number of delivery less than or equal to 3 Ability to maintain prone position Moderately physically active women as per (GPAQ) that is 300-6000 MET SARC-F score less than 4

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Menopause before the age of 40 Degenerative and inflammatory musculoskeletal conditions Recent pain or surgery of the upper limb Having more than 3 delivery History of low back pain Hernia and other abdominal surgeries Hysterectomy or oophorectomy On hormone replacement therapy or chemotherapy On mobility assistive devices Cardiovascular and respiratory diseases that cause functional impairments

1.Prone test using Pressure biofeedback unit- for TrA activation 2.Prone bridge test- for abdominal stability 3.Functional fitness tests- for functional fitness Functional reach test - dynamic balance 2 min step test -aerobic endurance 8 foot up and go - agility 30 sec chair stand test - lower limb strength 4.4m gait speed test- for gait speed 5.Short form -12 health survey questionnaire- for health-related quality of life Timepoint: At the beginning of study and after 8 weeks of intervention
