Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing Elective surgeries under Anaesthesia in 5 different units OG, ENT, Opthalmology, Orthopaedic, General surgery are recruited

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: We will exclude any surgical patients from other surgical units Plastic surgery, Urology surgery, Maxillo-facial surgery

The study is to identify the most common and significant factors contributing to surgical time delays at SRM University, Kattankulathur. By analyzing these factors, the study aims to prove that it can help to optimize surgical workflows, improve time management, reduce delays, and enhance overall patient care and hospital efficiencyTimepoint: Time points - preoperative (For patient ASA grade, patient fitness for surgery), intraoperative (For delay in surgerical duration), postoperative (For patient pain score, length of stay)
