Inclusion criteria: All prospective laparoscopic live kidney donors selected as per institutional protocol.

| To document the vascular supply, attachments, and relationships of Zuckerkandl s fascia in the renal fossa; identify variations in left lumbar vein anatomy relevant to surgical approaches; describe the anatomy and spatial relationships of the left aorticorenal ganglion with renal hilar structures; and examine the histologic characteristics of the aorticorenal ganglion, Zuckerkandl s fascia, and its associated vessels bilaterally.Timepoint: Baseline(during surgery)-data collection and 72 hours for histologic and IHC analysis | — |
