Inclusion criteria: All prospective laparoscopic live kidney donors selected as per institutional protocol.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Donors not meeting the institutional LDN criteria

MeasureTime frame
To document the vascular supply, attachments, and relationships of Zuckerkandl s fascia in the renal fossa; identify variations in left lumbar vein anatomy relevant to surgical approaches; describe the anatomy and spatial relationships of the left aorticorenal ganglion with renal hilar structures; and examine the histologic characteristics of the aorticorenal ganglion, Zuckerkandl s fascia, and its associated vessels bilaterally.Timepoint: Baseline(during surgery)-data collection and 72 hours for histologic and IHC analysis

MeasureTime frame
1.To characterise the blood pressure changes following the dissection of the aorticorenal ganglion & to characterise/ quantify the number sympathetic cells. 2.To characterise the reduction in blood pressure readings, if any, following laparoscopic donor nephrectomy. Timepoint: Blood pressure & hemodynamic changes-Induction of anesthesia, during dissection of the aorticorenal ganglion, & completion of dissection of the ganglion. Ganglion density at 72 hours after completion of surgery
