Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patient having the clinical features of Amavata according to Ayurvedic classics Patient who fulfils ACR/EULAR 2010 criteria for RA. Chronicity less than 5 years Patients who are eligible for Panchakarma procedures

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients having severe crippling deformities. Diagnosed cases of gout, traumatic arthritis, and pyogenic osteomyelitis . Patients diagnosed with pulmonary tuberculosis, Hemiplegia, Parkinson s disease, diabetes mellitus (HbA1c more than 8.0%), uncontrolled hypertension (more than 160/100mm of Hg). Recent use of antibiotic therapy less than 3 months Pregnant women.
