Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patients greater than 12 years of age Both males and females Patients who presented to tertiary care centre with acute thrombus or proven thrombus episode. Pregnancy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients below the age of 12yrs Patient with chronic history of thrombosis. Patients who does not give consent.
