Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Consenting patient aged 18-45 years diagnosed as have polycystic Ovarian Syndrome by the Rotterdam Criteria Undergoing standard treatment with lifestyle modification

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those desirous of conception 2. Using oral contraceptives pr other hormonal therapies or treatment weith insulin sensitisers such as metformin 3. with a history of eating disorders such as anorexia nervosa or bulimia nervosa 4. currently practising calories restricted or calorie controlled diet 5. with known chronic comorbidities having altered hormonal status or specialised dietary needs 6. Currently practising any form of meditation 7. no comorbid psychiatric disorders
