Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients suffering from a ganglionic cyst of the wrist,confirmed clinically. 2.Patients of age group 18-60. 3.Patients who can give written informed consent. 4.Patients who have not been under homoeopathic treatment for the last four week.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Masses on the wrist that are not confirmed clinically. 2.Terminally ill patients. 3.Pregnant and lactating women.

MeasureTime frame
Assessment of reduction of size of the ganglionic cyst of the wrist clinically by Individualized Homoeopathic Medicine using Synthesis repertory.Timepoint: Patient will be assessed from baseline and then in every follow up same assessment will be done for 6 months. The follow up will be every 28 days interval

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To evaluate the change in pain and function in ganglionic cyst of the wrist using PRWE score.Timepoint: Every month from baseline for six months
