Inclusion criteria: Aged more than 60 years Residing in Kheda district for more than 6 months Who provide informed consent People available at the time of the survey

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Critically ill or unable to respond People diagnosed with fractures and amputations Those who living in old age home
