Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Children of either gender, age 1 mon- 18 years undergoing elective diagnostic bronchoscopy with bronchoalveolar lavage
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Oxygen dependency at the time of enrolment 2. Oxygen saturation less than 90 percent in room air at the time of enrolment 3. Any concurrent interventional bronchoscopic procedure planned along with BAL (eg. EBUS , Use of Cryoprobe etc) 4. Cardiovascular instability requiring inotropic support
