Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Post-operative older adults who underwent (traumatic cases, hip and knee replacement, nails and plate fixation) in selected hospital of Udupi district, Karnataka. 2) Post-operative older adults available during the data collection and willing to participate.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patient who have encountered certain complications (eg., sepsis, reoperation during the same admission, MI or delirium) after surgery. 2) Patients discharged against medical advice. 3) Patients who are not willing to participate in the study.
