Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Staff nurses with more than one year of experience
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Staff nurses who have lost their close family member or friend within last three months. Staff nurses who are currently receiving professional psychological support or have received it within the last three months. Staff nurses who are in a competency-based training period in respective wards
