Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The diagnosis TTH is (ICD-11-8A81) based on the third edition of the international classification of Headache Disorders (ICHD-3) . 2. Age between 18-60 years. 3. Patient whose blood pressure is within the normal range 4. Illiterate people will be interviewed by the investigator maintaining adequate privacy to fill up the scales of questionnaires. 5. Literate people able to read and write in English, Hindi, Bengali. 6. Participants of either sex or transgender.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed case of migraine, cluster headache, Sinusitis, Brain aneurysm, and many other pathologies. 2. Patients suffering from the complications of Tension headache. 3. Not willing to give written informed consent of participations. 4. Uncontrolled Hypertension, Diabetes or cancer or any other systemic illness or any vital organ failure, or mental or psychiatric illness. 5. Pregnancy, Puerperal, Women and lactating mother. 6. Simultaneous participation of any other clinical trials. 7. Undergoing homoeopathic treatment for any chronic disease within the last 3 month. 8. Patients who are too sick for consultation. 9. Patient under tobacco chewing and or alcoholism or any other substance abuse.
