Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.University students 18 26 years of age. 2.Students who agree to participate in the study. 3.Students who can read and comprehend English. 4.Students with access to electronic devices. 5.Regular digital device users, defined as using smartphones, tablets, or computers for more than or equal to 4 hours per day. 6.Participants not currently taking mood-altering substances (e.g., stimulants, sedatives)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.History or current diagnosis of neurological diseases (e.g., dementia, epilepsy, ADHD, traumatic brain injury). 2.Individuals taking medications known to influence cognitive performance (e.g., sedatives, antipsychotics, etc). 3.Participants with a history of substance use (e.g., high caffeine intake, nicotine, etc.) within 12 hours prior to testing. 4.Diagnosed psychiatric disorders (e.g., severe depression, schizophrenia). 5.Visual or auditory impairment that may interfere with the performance on the tests. 6.Participants who have already participated in the same type of cognitive testing during the last 6 months.
