Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Cases of urolithiasis satisfying the diagnostic criteria. 2.Age group from 20 - 60 years of both sexes of different socio-economic status. 3. Size of the stone up to 9mm

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cases of urolithiasis with size more than 9mm Urolithiasis complicated with hydronephrosis , renal failure, pyelonephritis Other serious co-morbidities such as diabetes mellitus, hypertension etc Patients with severe systemic illnesses like malignancies. Pregnant and lactating women. Patients who need emergency management.
