Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: School going children aged between 13-17 years Male students Children having at least 3 physical education classes per week Children with no musculoskeletal injuries or neurological disorders

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children having regular in sports related activities Children having any lower limb injury (within last 6 months) Children with diagnosed gait abnormalities or orthopaedic conditions (ex: flat foot, scoliosis) Children with chronic health conditions (ex: asthma, epilepsy) affecting physical activity
