Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Gallbladder adenocarcinoma 2.Patients who underwent extended resection for GBC (Extended resections were defined as any organ resection in addition to a standard radical cholecystectomy i.e. resection of adjacent viscera like bile duct excision, colon, duodenum, stomach or pancreas or major liver resection or any vascular resection) 3.Incidental and treatment na ve per-primum GBC 4.Patients operated upfront and those operated after NACT 5.Non-metastatic disease on final histopathology (patients with non-regional metastases undergoing radical surgery were excluded) 6.Patients who completed at-least 6 months of follow-up after surgery
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.All patients with radical cholecystectomy alone is excluded from study 2.Histology other than adenocarcinoma
