Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age group patients of age 18-60 years 2.Patients of both sexes 3.Patients with HbA1c levels more than 7.0 percent 4.Patients with pre-diagnosed diabetes mellitus type2 5.Patients with FBS more than 140 mg per dL and PPBS more than 200 mg per dL 6.Patients who are not taking any anti-diabetic treatment for a minimum of 3 months from any system of medicine 7.Patient who is interested to take treatment on a regular basis with timely follow up can provide valid consent to participate in the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients suffering from other comorbid conditions like chronic tuberculosis, cancer, chronic kidney disease in addition to type 2 diabetes mellitus 2.Pregnant women with lactating mothers 3.Chronic liver disease patients 4.All other types of diabetes mellitus will be excluded 5.Other major systemic illness
