Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children of age group between 1month to 14 years presenting to Paediatric emergency planned for intubation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Anticipated Difficult airway (anatomical) 2. Syndromic children 3. Children with neuromuscular disorders 4. Children with crush injuries 5. History of anaphylaxis to any NMBA
