Health Condition 1: L400- Psoriasis vulgaris

Interventions

Intervention1: Roghan Babchi with sun exposure: Roghan babchi will be applied in sufficient quantity on lesions daily followed by sun exposure for 20 minutes between 8-9 am for 42 days. Control Interv
once finalized, the patient will be given the NB-UVB exposure with coconut oil twice weekly
on every subsequent visit, there will be increment of 10% in dosimetry to the prior dosing till end of the study

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients between 18 to 65 years of age of either gender Clinically diagnosed cases of chronic plaque psoriasis Psoriasis Area Severity Index (PASI) equal to or more than 10 percent Patients willing to sign written informed consent form and comply with the protocol

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Other types of psoriasis Pregnant and lactating women Participants with a history or presence of renal, hepatic, or diabetes Patients who received systemic therapy or any immunosuppressive/immunomodulatory treatment in last two months before the study Patients suffering from concomitant diseases like eczema, erysipelas Patients having secondary infection in the lesions
