Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals participating in Sanyam 2 at Art of Living International centre. Participants not currently undergoing intensive Ayurvedic, yogic, or meditation training that could influence Nadi Pariksha readings.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with acute or chronic illnesses that may alter cardiovascular or pulse parameters (e.g., uncontrolled hypertension, arrhythmias, severe anaemia). 2. Pregnant or lactating women. 3. Participants with diagnosed psychiatric disorders or severe anxiety/depression under active treatment. 4. Individuals with injuries, disabilities, or conditions preventing them from performing Sanyam 2 practices. 5. Previous participation in a similar intervention study within the last 3 months.
