Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All preterm and term neonates requiring umbilical vein catheterization in KIMS NICU

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Neonates with congenital anomalies like omphalocele, umbilical sepsis, congenital diaphragmatic hernia, necrotising enterocolitis
