Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Participants diagnosed as diabetic based on clinical history, biochemical markers and/or use of oral hypoglycemic agents (OHA) 2. Participants diagnosed as dyslipidemic based on biochemical markers and/or taking any anti-dyslipidemic medicine including statins 3. Participant of any gender 4. Participants in the age group 19 years to 70 years
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Participants who are already on Homoeopathic medicines and do not wish to discontinue their ongoing treatment 2. Pregnant and lactating mothers 3. Participants not willing to give their consent
