Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18 to 75 years Going to be discharged with a diagnosis of CAD with percutaneous coronary interventions Patient health questionnaire (PHQ-9) score less than 19 GAD-7 Anxiety Severity score less than 15 A patient who can read and write

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of prior coronary bypass surgery Patients who are critically ill need emergency attention, like hypertensive urgency and emergency, or Acute pulmonary edema Patient who has complete heart block, Rheumatic heart disease Patients with Diabetes Ketoacidosis and Severe anemia Patients who cannot communicate Unable or unwilling to use a mobile phone
