Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy individuals of either gender Aged 18 to 60 years BMI: 18.5 to 24.9 kg/m Moderate activity level (non-athletes non-sedentary extremes) No history of chronic pain trauma or neurological disorders No co-morbidities such as hypertension diabetes musculoskeletal or neurological disorders Not on medications affecting pain perception Willing and able to provide informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pain-related disorders Pregnant or postpuerperal women Psychological disorders Substance abuse Any contraindication to pressure stimulation
