Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients above the age of 18 years. 2.Patients who are admitted to the ICU for a minimum of 72 hours and a maximum of 7 days. 3.Patients with a history of intubation. 4.Patients who are extubated, conscious and able to communicate their comfort levels. 5.Patients who have been extubated for >24hrs with a GCS of >14/15.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: EXCLUSION CRITERIA 1.Patients with delirium and cognitive impairment. 2.Patients is on mechanical ventilator more than 6 days.
