Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with radiologically diagnosed glioma 2. Patients planned for radical surgical resection 3. Patients giving consent for study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients unfit for surgery or general anesthesia 2. Previous cranial surgery affecting IOUS interpretation 3. Patients in whom radical resection is not feasible or is not being attempted i.e diffuse lesions, multifocal lesions, patients planned for biopsy 4. Patients planned for awake surgery (as blinding cannot be done)
