Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients of irrespective of gender, Patients with age ranging from 18 to 60years, Low Anal Fistula.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Concomitant Ano-rectal conditions like Ulcerative Colitis, Malignancy, Crohn sdisease, Multiple Fistulae and High AnalFistula Pregnancy,Tuberculosis,Obstructive uropathiesOther systemic disease,Patients of age less below 18 and above 60 years.
