Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Both sexes. Age group from 30-70 years Patients with First second and third degree haemorrhoids

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients suffering from other ano-rectal disorders, like ca rectum, ruptured perineal hematoma, ruptured Ano- rectal abscess, polyp, diverticular disease, Ulcerative colitis, Crohn s disease. Intussusceptions, ischemic colon, ca anal canal and Severe bleeding, haemorrhoids with fourth degree

To compare the effectiveness of Aesculus hippocastanum with individualized homeopathic medicine in relieving the symptoms of haemorrhoids, based on changes in CORECT Scale scores before and after treatment.
