Inclusion criteria: Subjects presenting the classical symptoms of Manyastambha Subjects fit for Nasapana Intervention Palasha Kshara Ghrita as Uttarabhaktika Sneha Matra is one pala Aushadha Sevana Kala is Adhobhakta means after Pratah Bhojana Duration is five days Follow up is every fifteenth day

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects with history of trauma with deformity Subjects with obstructive nasal pathologies like nasal polyp Subjects unfit for Nasapana Subjects of Diabetes and Hypertension
