Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1)Age group of 18-35 year 2)Both gender 3)Patient should be selected on the basis of ICD 11 code of 6B43 4)Must provide written informed consent. 5)DASS-21 Score level within the if depression level is 21-27, anxiety level 15-19, stress level 26-33.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1)Severe Mental Health Disorders: Diagnosed with Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD), Panic Disorder, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), or Psychotic Disorderes. 2)Any history of bipolar disorder or schizophrenia. 3)Individuals with active suicidal thoughts or self-harm behaviours. Current or past alcohol or drug dependence affecting emotional stability. 4)Severe neurological disorders, autoimmune diseases, or endocrine disorders that could interfere with the study outcomes. 5)Participants receiving CBT, counseling, antidepressants, anxiolytics, or any psychiatric medication during the study. 6)Individuals who have undergone homeopathic treatment for Adjustment Disorder in the past 3 months. 7)Those unwilling or unable to attend follow-ups at 4, 8, and 12 weeks. 8)Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding due to potential hormonal influences on mood.
