Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals with a history of low back pain within the last 2 years who have been asymptomatic for the last 3 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any ongoing pain Spinal tumours Infection Trauma or fracture Spinal deformities Acute injury or recent spinal surgeries Currently using pain medications such as opioids, analgesics, and sedatives
