Intervention1: Homoeopathic Medicine Salicylicum acidum: Salicylicum acidum will be administered after confirming its similarity with totality of knee OA Potency Decimal Centesimal 50 Millesimal dose

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Cases with clinically presented symptoms of Osteoarthritits Grade II III Pre-diagnosed or newly diagnosed cases as per ACR criteria Patients confirming radiological grading according to Kellgren and Lawrence Radiological Gradings for knee OA grade II III Patients taking any kind of medications for knee OA are included after two to seven days of washout period Patients confirming symptom similarity with Salicylicum acidum Patients who give voluntary consent to be included in study Patients who can assess the WOMAC index by themselves

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients having other clinically diagnosed rheumatological disorders RA SLE Psoriatic arthritis etc Patients having recent knee injury or surgery Pregnant and lactating women.
