Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed cases of deficient lactation with LATCH score within 7 after 72hr postpartum to 6 month Participants willing to provide informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Women with congenital breast abnormalities Systemic and significant comorbidity - DM Thyroid Mothers with severe postpartum complications -sepsis Haemorrhage Mothers of preterm babies admitted to the neonatal intensive care unit will be excluded from the study
