Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diabetic Patients presenting with any of the signs like pain,numbness, tingling sensation, burning sensation,etc presenting with onset within 6 months with positive vibration perception of Patient having HbA1C less than8.00% Known Case of Diabetes mellitus atleast since one year

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients having Type 1 DM. Causes of Neuropathy other than Diabetes mellitus like lumbar disc prollapse, alcoholism, vit B12 deficiency, etc. Patients with uncontrolled HTN in which BP greater than140 systolic and 90 diastolic mm of hg Coronary artery disease, peripheral artery disease,etc Tuberculosis, AIDS, Malignancies. Pregnant and lactating women. Patients who are indicated as basti anarha like Fissure in Ano, Fistula in Ano, Hemorrhoids, etc.
