Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Children undergoing abdominal laparoscopic surgery with pneumoperitoneum lasting for more than 30 minutes under general anesthesia with cuffed endotracheal tube 2. Age group between 1 to 8 years of either gender, valid informed and written consent by the parent/ legal guardian 3. ASA physical status grade 1 and 2
